Questions
Does Auto-Park delete my tabs?
No. A parked tab is closed, not forgotten. It’s saved under AutoParked with its title and address, and reopens in one click.
Which tabs never park?
Pinned tabs, locked tabs and tabs playing audio. Lock any tab from its right-click menu.
What happens if Chrome crashes?
TabSidecar saves your windows in the background. When Chrome starts again, it matches each window back and shows you what it restored.
Where are my tabs stored?
In your browser, on your computer. Cloud Sync is optional and stays off unless you sign in.
What does Cloud Sync leave out?
Your sign-in session and the history of single tabs you closed. Closed windows are included. Each device keeps its 20 most recent snapshots, so you can go back to an earlier one.
Does it cost anything?
No. TabSidecar is free. You only need an account if you want Cloud Sync.
